My website is down
If your website is down, first of all don’t panic!!
Please run through the following:
Is your domain name still current?
If your domain name has expired you will not be able to access your site or emails
Is your hosting account still current?
If your hosting account has expired your site will be offline.
Can you access and browse the Internet?
If NO then it appears that your Internet connection may be down, please contact your Internet Service Provider, ie Westnet Bigpond etc.
If YES and you can browse the Internet then it is possible that your server is undergoing un-scheduled maintenance. If so we will endeavour to make sure your site is restored as soon as possible. or;
You can browse the Internet but some sites are coming up as Not Found. In this case your Internet Service Provider may have a temporary gateway issue. This is where connections to other countries are cut and you are unable to access sites in certain countries Please contact your Internet Service Provider to check their status before contacting us.
