New Install
The settings in your email software such as Outlook, Thunderbird have been changed, corrupted or deleted. This is common when upgrading software or transferring to a new computer.
Black listed
You have been black listed by our server. This happens when a wrong password has been used repeatedly to access your account. This can happen when a new computer is added to a network or new email software is installed and the wrong password has been entered during setup. The remedy is simple please first visit http://www.whatsmyip.org and record your computer or computers IP address and then let our team know by emailing us here or calling 026655 9998.
